Authorized Sales and Distribution Training - Duration: 5 days
The Authorized Sales and Distribution Training Program is designed to provide a broad base of knowledge for the selection and use of metalcutting tools.
This course is divided into 10 sections with each including lecture, lab and machine demonstrations. Course topics include the following:

Overview
Typical course day consists of application training; product review; lunch; tool selection and application workshop; and product demonstrations in the lab.

Registration Information
The tuition fee for the Authorized Distributor Training Program is $485 USD per person.
Instruction & Facilities
This training will be held at the WIDIA Products Group world headquarters facility in Latrobe, Pa. Instruction will include lecture-style presentations, workshop laboratories, and machine demonstrations. Participants will be furnished with notes and text materials on the topics presented. Laboratory demonstrations will utilize simulation of models and verification through actual cutting tests. Laboratory demonstrations will be done to reinforce the theories presented in the lecture.
