The Process:

Alert your local sales representative that you will be sending in a reamer order. For reamer orders, utilize the Reamer Bulletin below in “Reconditioning Order Forms”
Ship the product to the reconditioning center.
Product is received.
Product is inspected.
Kennametal will create a “Reconditioning” quote, and send it to the customer.
Customer sends a PO for the repair quote.
Customer will receive confirmation of the purchase order.

*Work will not begin unless a valid purchase order is provided against the repair quote*

Solid Carbide Reconditioning Order Process

Follow These Steps Below

Step 1

Select The Form(s)

Select a form for each tool type you want to recondition. Multiple style tools require different reconditioning forms.

Step 2

Fill In The Form

Download your reconditioning form, fill in the details, and print it out along with your purchase order to include in your shipment.

Step 3

Ship Your Tools

Send your tools to your desired location. Make sure to include the completed reconditioning form(s) and corresponding purchase order.

*VariMill XTREME Endmills MUST be shipped to the Farmington, MO location ONLY

*Orders will not be processed without a PO and Reconditioning Forms
